About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Enablement & Training Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on onboarding, training, and supporting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) in a BPO or high-volume call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Onboard and train new SDR hires on outbound sales, tools, and processes
- →Coach SDRs and SDR Team Leads on calls, messaging, and objection handling
- →Create and maintain simple training materials, playbooks, and LMS modules
- →Ensure SDRs follow lead management, outreach sequencing, and CRM best practices
- →Monitor SDR performance and provide targeted coaching and retraining
- →Partner with sales leadership to align training with KPIs and pipeline goals
Requirements
- ✓Prior experience as an SDR, Senior SDR, or SDR Team Lead in a BPO, call center, or high-volume outbound sales environment
- ✓Experience coaching or mentoring SDRs (formally or informally)
- ✓Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and CRM usage
- ✓Comfortable working in structured, process-driven sales environments
- ✓Non-negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies.
