About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-growth client in the podcast and digital media industry. This role will focus on high-volume hiring across sales, technology, and marketing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types and seniority levels
- →Manage high-volume hiring pipelines for a key client in the podcast/media industry
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring priorities
- →Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through to offer stage
- →Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within ATS systems
- →Support light HR-related duties as needed
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or 360 Recruiter
- ✓Demonstrated success in high-volume recruiting across diverse functions
- ✓Prior remote work experience with US or UK-based companies
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- ✓Ability to work consistently within EST hours
- ✓Tools & Technology
- ✓Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- ✓LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- ✓Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace
- ✓Scheduling and interview coordination tools
