Key Responsibilities
- →Lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders and SMEs to define and document business and technical requirements aligned with strategic goals.
- →Analyze current processes and design improved solutions, conducting gap and impact analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
- →Develop user personas, journey maps, and functional specifications including user stories, business rules, and data requirements.
- →Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and solution architects to refine backlog items, support roadmap planning, and manage scope effectively.
- →Participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- →Coordinate User Acceptance Testing to validate that solutions meet business and quality standards.
- →Serve as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and successful execution of deliverables.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments delivering high-quality outcomes.
- ✓Strong understanding of SDLC and system integrations.
- ✓Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL is a plus.
- ✓Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- ✓Familiarity with Microsoft tools for reporting and data visualization (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- ✓Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- ✓Strong attention to detail with a commitment to exceptional delivery standards.
