About the Role
We are seeking a Project Management Support professional to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support and overseeing project management operations according to Hitachi’s Consensus methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain project management standards, processes, and guidelines
- →Document control activities and processes related to change control management and statements of work
- →Provide administrative support to the project management team in monitoring and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budget
- →Track project progress and support the creation of project documentation
- →Ensure forecasting processes are sound, robust, and consistent to company standards
- →Support the completion of project status reports by assuring compliance with reporting cycles and guidelines
- →Track project development by monitoring the completion of action items and deliverables
- →Assist the project team in completing the quarterly Quality Assurance Review Questionnaire
