As a Swimwear Designer for H&M you will shape and define collections that move seamlessly from beach to city, where swim becomes ready-to-wear. You will translate trend direction into refined, commercial product with a strong fashion perspective. 
From sculpted silhouettes to standout prints and considered detailing, you will design with precision and intention, balancing creativity with wearability. 
You will own the design process from initial concept through to final product, building cohesive assortments that resonate across diverse markets while maintaining a clear and elevated aesthetic.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team shaping collections for a global stage delivering fashion-forward product to diverse markets through H&M Group omni channels. 
We’re looking for a Designer with a distinct creative handwriting, someone who lives and breathes swimwear, with an instinctive feel for trend, silhouette, and cultural relevance. You bring a strong fashion perspective, effortlessly balancing elevated design with commercial impact. 
In this role, you’ll move at pace, fuelled by creativity, curiosity, and a constant drive to evolve. You’ll collaborate, influence, and inspire those around you, using your experience to guide and elevate the team while delivering product that resonates on a global scale.

WHO YOU ARE  
We are looking for a Designer with: 
• BA/MA in Fashion/Textile Design or equivalent experience 
• 3-4 years’ minimum experience as a Designer, with strength in collection building 
• Experience with global brands or retailers 
• Strong fabric knowledge and attention to detail 
• Passion for women’s fashion and trends 
• Customer-focused and commercial mindset 
• Experience with suppliers/factories in Asia and Europe 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs while 3D CLO is meriting 
• Strong communication and teamwork skills 
• Leadership and coaching experience 
• Independent, proactive, and organized 
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced industry 
• Fluent in English (Swedish not necessary)
