About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join Hop, a company specializing in AI-powered recruiting solutions. This unique role combines hands-on recruiting with AI integration, allowing you to build deep client relationships while learning how to integrate AI into every part of the recruiting workflow.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead full-cycle searches for senior technical roles: Staff+ Engineers, ML Scientists, Data Platform Leaders, Technical Product Managers
→Build and maintain client relationships with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and founders
→Manage candidate relationships: source, engage, interview, and close top-tier technical talent
→Run strategic intake sessions to translate business needs into precise hiring strategies
→Test Moon Engine, Hop's agent-orchestrated recruiting ops system, and provide feedback
→Learn AI-assisted workflows and become an expert in AI-orchestrated hiring
→Onboard enterprise clients to Moon Engine and provide training on AI integration
→Advise companies on restructuring their recruiting operations for an AI-first world

Requirements

✓5+ years recruiting technical talent with a track record of closing senior/leadership roles
✓Exceptional client relationship skills and the ability to advise executives
✓Candidate relationship mastery, including sourcing, intake, interviewing, and offer negotiation
✓Genuinely curious about AI and excited to learn how it can augment recruiting work
✓Growth mindset with a willingness to learn new tools and experiment with new workflows
