About the Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Product Growth Lead to join Hostinger's Marketing team. This role involves owning the product portfolio strategy, driving channel growth, and leading the Product Marketing Managers team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and oversee the full product strategy across the Affiliates channel
- →Manage and mentor all Product Owners within the Affiliates team
- →Take full ownership of the planning process, from defining quarterly objectives to aligning execution with long-term business goals
- →Collaborate closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams
- →Drive experimentation initiatives and identify new affiliate channel opportunities
- →Set clear priorities for product marketing activities within the Affiliates channel
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience defining and executing quarterly and annual strategic plans
- ✓Direct ownership of revenue targets, with a track record of meeting or exceeding them
- ✓Strong background in product growth strategies and/or launching and scaling new channels
- ✓Hands-on team management experience
- ✓Solid understanding of how affiliate channels operate
- ✓Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- ✓Clear, confident communication skills
