About the Role
We are looking for an Affiliate Product Growth Lead to join Hostingerβs Marketing team. In this role, you will own the product portfolio strategy, drive channel growth, and lead the Product Marketing Managers team.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead and oversee the full product strategy across the Affiliates channel
- βManage and mentor all Product Owners within the Affiliates team
- βTake full ownership of the planning process, from defining quarterly objectives to aligning execution with long-term business goals
- βCollaborate closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams
- βDrive experimentation initiatives and identify new affiliate channel opportunities
- βSet clear priorities for product marketing activities within the Affiliates channel
Requirements
- βProven experience defining and executing quarterly and annual strategic plans
- βDirect ownership of revenue targets, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding them
- βStrong background in product growth strategies and/or launching and scaling new channels
- βHands-on team management experience
- βSolid understanding of how affiliate channels operate
- βExcellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- βClear, confident communication skills
