About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Hostinger and drive growth across our website. In this role, you will uncover opportunities across the user journey and lead initiatives that improve the experience while delivering measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- βIdentify, evaluate, and prioritize the highest-impact growth opportunities across the Websites funnel
- βOptimize website performance and user journeys by analyzing behavioral data, monitoring key metrics, and collaborating with CRO, SEO, product marketing managers, and other teams
- βConduct user and market research to identify customer needs and opportunities, and translate insights into well-defined initiatives, improvements, and success metrics
- βScope, prioritize, and drive website initiatives from discovery to delivery in collaboration with design, development, copy, and data teams
- βMaintain the websites roadmap, manage stakeholder requests, and plan sprint priorities aligned with roadmap goals and changing business needs
- βWork effectively in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Requirements
- βAt least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager working on user-facing digital products (web or frontend-focused)
- βAbility to independently identify problems, assess impact, and drive product initiatives from discovery to delivery
- βAnalytical skills and experience working with metrics, funnels and KPIs
- βExperience collaborating cross-functionally with developers, design, analytics, and business stakeholders
- βStrong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
- βExperience with data and task management tools, such as Google Analytics, Heatmaps, Tableau, Jira or similar
- βData-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude and excellent communication and collaboration skills
