We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team at Housecall Pro. This role focuses on building scalable, reliable systems that deliver real customer value. You will work independently on projects and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and maintain reliable, performant, and maintainable software systems
- →Take ownership of features or components from design through deployment
- →Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate product goals into technical solutions
- →Participate in architectural discussions, code reviews, and design sessions
- →Troubleshoot complex issues across the stack
- →Help shape technical standards and best practices
- →Mentor junior engineers and explore emerging technologies
Requirements
- ✓2-5 years of professional software engineering experience
- ✓Solid understanding of software design principles and system architecture
- ✓Proficiency in one or more programming languages
- ✓Experience building and maintaining production systems
- ✓Strong collaboration and communication skills
- ✓Problem-solving mindset and product-oriented thinking
- ✓Fluency in both Polish and English
