About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and creative marketing leader to join HR Wallingford as Head of Marketing and Communications. This pivotal role involves shaping and delivering our global marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand visibility and engagement across diverse sectors.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop and deliver integrated marketing and communications strategies
→Lead brand management and digital marketing initiatives
→Oversee content strategy and storytelling across multiple channels
→Manage internal communications to support organizational culture and change
→Handle media relations and reputation management, including crisis communications
→Support product marketing and external engagement activities

Requirements

✓Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline, or equivalent senior-level experience
✓Proven track record in leading marketing and communications strategies at a senior level
✓Expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and content strategy
✓Strong experience in media relations and reputation management
✓Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
✓Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
✓Experience managing budgets and delivering cost-effective campaigns
