About the Role
The Inbound Success Coach team is part of our Sales Organization and plays a crucial role at the beginning of the sales cycle. The ISC's mission is to support and address prospect queries while prequalifying sales opportunities for our Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Effectively manage the high volume of product and sales-related queries from our inbound channels
- →Identify and provide best next steps or resources to assist customers and users
- →Conduct consultative pre-qualification of prospects for HubSpot’s sales process via phone and live chat
- →Schedule discovery calls for an assigned Account Executive
- →Closing deals with small companies for starter and add-on products
- →Collaborate cross-functionally within the ISC team to improve experience for HubSpotters and HubSpot customers
