About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Strategy Analyst to support HubSpot's sales department (technical sales). This role focuses on promoting data-driven decision-making and improving the growth and productivity of the GTM (Go-to-Market) team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide data-driven operational and decision-making support to the sales organization and management team.
- →Maintain sales organization staffing and capacity planning, and execute recruitment plans in collaboration with the central planning team.
- →Monitor KPIs in collaboration with leadership, and identify trends and opportunities to maximize impact.
- →Respond to business requests, conduct root-cause analysis, and propose solutions for problem-solving and opportunity acquisition.
- →Support the introduction and operation of cross-departmental programs, tools, processes, and systems aimed at improving performance and productivity.
Requirements
- ✓Process-oriented: Able to engage diverse stakeholders and establish clear operational cadences.
- ✓Strong analytical skills: Able to extract practical insights from unstructured data and create reproducible and scalable reports.
- ✓Adaptability: Able to quickly respond to changes in a rapidly growing SaaS business and create practical and innovative solutions for complex challenges.
- ✓Self-motivation: Able to perform tasks independently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate smoothly with senior stakeholders from various departments.
- ✓Passion for insights: Eager to define appropriate metrics and analysis methods and generate insights that lead to concrete actions.
- ✓Experience: Practical experience in related fields (sales strategy, operations, analytics, consulting, finance, etc.) for 2 years or more.
- ✓Language proficiency: Native-level Japanese.
