About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at HubSpot. This role focuses on helping customers find solutions to their challenges and fostering long-term value through the HubSpot platform. The end result is increased customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

→Manage, nurture, and scale customer relationships in a quota or retention-carrying role.
→Forecast retention risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
→Communicate strategies effectively in person, over the phone, and through email.
→Prioritize tasks and execute them successfully.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize growth.
→Engage customers regularly to ensure they derive maximum value from their investment.
→Address customers' advanced technical needs and resolve inquiries.
→Define success criteria and outline plans to achieve customers' goals.
→Identify opportunities to expand customers' utilization of HubSpot's product suite.
→Monitor customer health and create risk mitigation plans.
→Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
→Mentor new team members and develop best practices within the team.

Requirements
