About the Role
Join HubSpot’s Content Design team to scale content quality and help our global customers grow better. This role focuses on driving content quality at scale across all of HubSpot’s products, working closely with cross-functional partners to create cohesive and consistent experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Practice content design at scale to help all teams raise the quality bar for our customers
- →Leverage AI tools and research to create systems, frameworks, and approaches to content design
- →Create and refine reusable frameworks and AI-powered tools to help cross-functional partners create high-quality content
- →Add value to our content design systems for improving content quality
- →Improve the way we work with platform and systems teams on ad hoc efforts
