About the Role
We are looking for a Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our Small Business (SB) PreSales motion in ANZ at HubSpot. This role involves building teams, systems, and ways of working that help customers succeed and the business grow.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team of 6 Solutions Engineers and Associate Solutions Engineers supporting HubSpot’s Small Business customers across ANZ
- →Drive scale, consistency, and quality in the PreSales motion
- →Partner closely with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams
- →Build and run a structured onboarding and enablement program
- →Improve customer outcomes, close rates, and deal velocity
- →Translate strategy into action through planning and follow-through
- →Use data to guide decisions and drive continuous improvement
- →Build trust and influence across Sales and cross-functional partners
Requirements
- ✓Experience in Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering within a SaaS company
- ✓Experience coaching or enabling technical sellers or customer-facing teams
- ✓Lead with curiosity, empathy, and a willingness to keep learning
- ✓Think in systems and enjoy improving work processes
- ✓Care deeply about developing people while delivering strong results
- ✓Strong analytical and technical skills
- ✓Ability to solve problems at both deal and team levels
- ✓Communicate clearly and build trust across teams
- ✓Take ownership and hold yourself and others accountable
