About the Role
Join HubSpot’s Design Team and help shape the future of applied AI. The Flywheel Product Line is focused on using AI to improve how HubSpot serves customers and supports GTM teams. You'll work on cutting-edge projects including an AI concierge, AI-first tools for GTM teams, and dedicated experiences for HubSpot’s global partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the future by exploring, visualizing, and prototyping bold concepts that shape HubSpot’s GTM direction 3–12 months out
- →Understand complex systems by researching problems, mapping incentives, and identifying opportunities across ecosystems
- →Create high-fidelity prototypes and concept visuals to make abstract ideas tangible
- →Craft stories and presentations that inspire alignment and buy-in from leaders
- →Uplevel craft quality across the organization through modeling, feedback, and mentoring
Requirements
- ✓Deep AI fluency with experience designing AI-first products
- ✓Exceptional interaction and visual design skills
- ✓Systems thinking and influencer capabilities
- ✓Growth mindset with experimental approach
- ✓Strong concept visualization and prototyping skills
- ✓Experience driving 0–1 or highly ambiguous product work
- ✓Comfort operating in complex stakeholder environments
- ✓Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
