Join HubSpot’s Design Team and help shape the future of applied AI. This role focuses on designing innovative AI solutions that dramatically improve how HubSpot serves customers and how its GTM teams work.

Key Responsibilities

→Define the future by exploring, visualizing, and prototyping bold concepts that shape HubSpot’s GTM direction 3–12 months out
→Understand complex systems by researching problems, mapping incentives, and identifying opportunities across customer, GTM, and partner ecosystems
→Create high-fidelity prototypes and concept visuals to make abstract ideas tangible and compelling
→Craft stories and presentations that inspire alignment and buy-in from product, GTM, and executive leaders
→Uplevel craft quality across the organization by modeling strong design work and providing feedback

Requirements

✓Deep AI fluency with the ability to design adoptable AI-first products
✓Exceptional interaction and visual design skills to turn complex ideas into beautiful experiences
✓Systems thinking and influencing skills to manage complexity and align stakeholders
✓Growth mindset with curiosity and experimental approach
✓Strong skills in concept visualization and prototyping
✓Experience driving 0–1 or highly ambiguous product work
✓Comfort operating in spaces with multiple stakeholders and nonlinear problems
✓Excellent communication skills to tell compelling stories that influence strategy
