About the Role
We are looking for a QA Tester to join our team at Hudu, a fast-growing SaaS platform for IT professionals and Managed Service Providers. This role is critical in ensuring our Ruby on Rails platform delivers seamless UI/UX experiences. The ideal candidate will be technically curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with designers and developers to provide early feedback on usability
- →Conduct manual and automated UI/UX testing across desktop and mobile
- →Perform exploratory, regression, and cross-browser testing
- →Document findings with clear reproduction steps and supporting materials
- →Execute performance-focused UX testing to verify data loading and error handling
- →Improve test coverage, tools, and processes to support feature delivery
Requirements
- ✓Associates degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- ✓Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a SaaS QA role
- ✓Knowledge of UI/UX testing principles
- ✓Understanding of Rails, AWS, and Kubernetes basics
- ✓Excellent bug reporting and communication skills
- ✓Experience with Git, GitHub Actions, and CI/CD tools
- ✓Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities
