→Serve as the primary point of contact with military clients and federal stakeholders from pre-award through project closeout.
→Manage all phases of the MILCON project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UFC, UFGS, USACE/NAVFAC requirements, and federal acquisition regulations.
→Lead pre-construction planning, including design development, cost estimating, and risk management.
→Coordinate with ICON Design, Purchasing, Print/Construction, and external consultants to develop design packages and cost estimates.
→Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and manage project budgets.
→Oversee procurement and subcontracting efforts while ensuring compliance with federal procurement requirements.
→Implement and enforce Quality Control and Safety Plans in alignment with USACE/NAVFAC protocols.
→Utilize ICON’s project management platforms for transparency and efficiency.

✓12+ years of progressive experience managing design-build or MILCON projects.
✓Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
✓Proven track record of managing large-scale DoD or MILCON projects.
✓Strong working knowledge of UFC, USACE/NAVFAC standards, FAR/DFARS, EM 385-1-1 Safety Standards, and AT/FP criteria.
✓Experience preparing and managing project budgets, schedules, and government reporting.
✓Security clearance eligibility (Secret or higher).
✓Proficiency with construction project management software platforms.
✓Strong written and verbal communication skills.
