About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team at Ideals, a global B2B SaaS company recognized for its secure business collaboration solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our Virtual Data Room (VDR) business in Brazil, driving new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers in Brazil
- →Deliver sales targets by focusing on new customer acquisition
- →Proactively build and manage a sales pipeline, working with strategic accounts in Brazil
- →Contribute to the execution of the sales and marketing strategy for Brazil
- →Deliver compelling product presentations to clients
- →Structure, negotiate, and close deals
- →Share insights and provide updates to customers
- →Provide customer feedback to product development and management teams
- →Collaborate with Customer Success and Inside Sales to grow customer satisfaction and revenue
Requirements
- ✓2-4 years of experience in a full 360 closing role, within B2B or professional services sector
- ✓Experience in high-velocity sales environments and ability to engage with decision-makers
- ✓Track record of successfully managing pipelines and closing deals
- ✓Exceptional business communication skills to structure persuasive pitches
- ✓Fluency in English (B2 minimum)
