About the Role
The Sales Director – Key Accounts Net New for the Nordics is responsible for driving commercial success across strategic accounts and new prospects within the region. This role focuses on expanding IFS’s footprint by securing net new customers and deepening relationships with key accounts, ensuring sustainable growth and market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and lead a high-performing sales team through coaching, skills development, and inclusive leadership.
- →Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets for key accounts and net-new customers.
- →Develop and execute clear account strategies and actionable plans for sustainable growth.
- →Build strong relationships with C-level executives and engage IFS Executive Sponsors when appropriate.
- →Own the Nordic territory, including account planning, prospecting, and managing full sales cycles.
- →Build a robust pipeline in conjunction with the BDR & Marketing team.
- →Clearly articulate and position IFS’s unique business value in alignment with customer needs.
