About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Talent Acquisition Specialist to build and maintain pipelines of passive sales executives across multiple markets. This role involves strategic talent mapping, market intelligence, and high-impact outreach campaigns to attract senior sales talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive AE/Enterprise AE/Strategic AE talent across various markets including the US, UK, France, Germany, UAE, KSA, and Australia
- →Create talent maps by region that include target companies, competitor organizations, adjacent sellers, and patterns of where top sellers come from
- →Provide ongoing intelligence on competitor hiring trends, sales org structures, talent movement, and likely compensation expectations
- →Develop compelling, localized outreach for quota carriers and run multi-touch sequences across channels
- →Qualify and present shortlists, understanding key requirements and documenting screening notes
- →Act as a brand ambassador for the sales organization, building warm communities and reflecting the EVP
- →Track pipeline health and funnel performance by geography and segment, maintaining CRM hygiene and iterating on messaging
Requirements
