About the Role
We are looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer to join our technical support team at Impossible Cloud. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting for our S3-compatible object storage platform, with direct interaction with customers to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate with customers through various channels to understand their needs and build trust
- →Investigate and resolve Tier 2 support tasks, including S3 API errors, access issues, and performance problems
- →Work directly with customer technical staff, managing competing priorities
- →Collaborate with the Engineering team to drive product enhancements
- →Contribute to internal knowledge by writing KB articles and documenting product behaviors
- →Participate in on-call rotations to manage critical incidents
Requirements
- ✓3+ years in technical support, sysadmin, or DevOps troubleshooting
- ✓Expertise in networking and debugging tools
- ✓Comfortable with Linux CLI/SDK
- ✓Proficient in log/metric analysis
- ✓Understanding of S3 Object storage and backup basics
- ✓Scripting experience (Python/Bash)
- ✓Excellent, structured English communication
