About the Role

We are looking for a Production Designer to join our Consumer Marketing Content Strategy team. This role focuses on high-volume creation and execution of co-branded marketing assets, translating approved design concepts into pixel-perfect, press-ready files across various channels.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute and deliver high volumes of marketing collateral, primarily co-branded client assets from established templates
→Provide print and screen-ready artwork and oversee print production when necessary
→Maintain complete accountability for all assigned production projects, ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with specifications
→Manage multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment using Asana project boards
→Streamline and improve production workflows, tools, and file management best practices
→Contribute to team culture through service, communication, curiosity, and relationship-building

Requirements

✓Minimum 3 years of experience with BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field
✓3-5+ years of agency or in-house experience as a production designer
✓Proficiency in print, digital, and web design with exacting attention to detail
✓Deep understanding of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Google Slides
✓Ability to work within existing brand guidelines while suggesting and executing new ideas
✓Self-directed with ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
✓Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build good working relationships
✓Portfolio demonstrating range of digital and print work
