About the Role
We are looking for a Python Developer to join Incode's Document Intelligence team. This role focuses on designing and scaling internal tooling that powers identity document processing systems used by leading global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build, maintain, and evolve internal tools that support testing, validation, and quality assurance for ML-adjacent pipelines
- →Automate manual workflows to improve reliability, speed, and operational efficiency
- →Develop internal frameworks and utilities for debugging, configuration, and monitoring complex document-processing systems
- →Improve visibility into pipeline health, performance, and data quality
- →Support document intelligence pipelines that combine machine learning models with document-level processing logic
- →Work closely with Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Business Ops to align tooling with real operational needs
- →Uphold high standards for clean architecture, documentation, and long-term maintainability
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience with Python, writing clean, well-structured, production-grade code
- ✓Proven experience building or maintaining batch-oriented systems, runners, or data-processing pipelines
- ✓Solid grasp of software design principles, system architecture, and maintainability
- ✓Experience improving internal workflows through automation and developer tooling
- ✓Comfort working in cross-functional environments with engineering, QA, and operational teams
- ✓Familiarity with containerized environments and/or Kubernetes
