About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Product Designer to join our growing Product Design team at Zable (Lendable). You will own complex product areas end-to-end, from discovery and research through to polished, production-ready design, while helping shape the practice as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with PMs, Engineering, and stakeholders to define product goals and make evidence-based decisions
- →Conduct user research to uncover needs, behaviours, and opportunities
- →Create clear, actionable prototypes, flows, and UI design
- →Drive usability testing and rapid iteration
- →Ensure consistency across our design system and contribute to its evolution
- →Work closely with developers to ship high-quality experiences
- →Continuously refine our design process and quality standards
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Product Design experience, ideally in fintech or a fast-paced startup
- ✓Strong mobile app experience and web experience
- ✓Confident leading complex discovery, translating insights into actionable product direction
- ✓Obsessed with customer needs, experienced in structured problem solving and measuring impact
- ✓Clear, concise design process spanning research, prototyping, and implementation
- ✓Strong collaboration, feedback loops, and coaching skills
