About the Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will support business units and act as a connector between management, HR, and employees. You will help implement and follow up on HR programs that contribute to business goals while developing your expertise in the HRBP domain.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build a relationship of trust with managers and support them with HR-related questions and operational challenges.
- →Engage in employee conversations such as onboarding follow-ups, career check-ins, and general well-being discussions.
- →Contribute to retention efforts by identifying opportunities for improvement and sharing ideas with senior HR colleagues.
- →Support change processes and help foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- →Assist managers in building strong, effective teams by offering HR guidance and support.
- →Collaborate with HR experts (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) to find solutions to HR-related questions.
- →Help implement and improve HR policies, processes, and tools throughout the employee journey.
- →Participate in HR projects and contribute to their coordination and follow-up.
- →Stay informed about HR trends and developments, and share relevant insights with the team.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in HR or related field.
- ✓Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✓Understanding of HR principles and practices.
