About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team for temporary maternity leave coverage. This role involves delivering full cycle recruiting for cross-functional teams across the Americas, partnering with hiring managers and HR to define recruitment strategies, and sourcing and engaging candidates for core and key roles within IFS.

Key Responsibilities

→Coach and influence hiring managers to define recruitment strategies
→Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting methodologies and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates
→Map technology companies to identify top talent from competitors
→Partner with HR and hiring managers to fully understand requirements and ensure a full candidate experience
→Source passive candidates through referrals, networking, internet searches, LinkedIn, and other social media databases
→Generate qualified candidates through direct sourcing via telephone and email
→Effectively assess talent ensuring cultural and competency fit
→Maintain accurate documentation within the company's ATS
