About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team in implementing a new IAM solution that will replace legacy systems. This role focuses on defining, prioritizing, and delivering features in alignment with product vision and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

→Define and maintain product vision in close collaboration with stakeholders
→Manage, prioritize, and structure the product backlog (user stories, features, epics)
→Write user stories and their acceptance criteria
→Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)
→Coordinate with technical and business teams to ensure development consistency
→Track progress, validate deliverables, and adjust priorities as needed
→Contribute to the legacy system migration strategy to the new IAM solution
→Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress, decisions, and trade-offs

Requirements

✓Experience with IAM solutions and legacy system migration
✓Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe
✓Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
✓Ability to define and prioritize product backlog effectively
✓Experience with user story writing and acceptance criteria
✓Knowledge of product development lifecycle
