About the Role
The Python Competence Center is seeking a Python Developer to support the strategic transformation into a data-driven company. This role will contribute to the development of quantitative models and large-scale data usage, leveraging the Domino Dataquants platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Contribute to solution design aligned with standards and norms
- →Participate in technical design activities based on platform requirements
- →Support the definition of software architecture in collaboration with the architecture team
- →Contribute to the writing and maintenance of technical documentation
- →Provide Python expertise in resolving technical issues and optimizing code
- →Participate in meetings with IT teams to align on technical requirements
- →Support and mentor developers on the platform
Agile / Team Responsibilities
- →Conduct and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies within the squad
- →Manage sprint planning, execution, and progression
- →Participate in tribe-level ceremonies
- →Support the Product Owner and Core Team
- →Ensure effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
- →Support onboarding of new Scrum Team members
- →Promote a positive, collaborative team culture
- →Challenge the team constructively and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
