About the Role
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our team. This role focuses on facilitating Agile processes and coaching teams on Scrum principles.
Key Responsibilities
- →Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- →Create and maintain an effective collaboration framework between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders
- →Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, clarify requirements, and manage expectations throughout the delivery process
- →Maintain clear and consistent communication channels and facilitate collaboration across teams
- →Support the prioritization of the product backlog together with the Product Owner
- →Ensure transparency on progress, deliverables, and impediments through clear and continuous communication
- →Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders and manage conflicts constructively
- →Drive Agile transformation initiatives at the organizational level through coaching, mentoring, and change facilitation
- →Support the team in adopting mature Agile practices and remove impediments to help the team achieve sprint goals
Requirements
- ✓Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies
- ✓Knowledge of Agile and Scrum principles
