The Sales Operations Executive supports a business unit sales team across different regions, multiple brands, and customers. This pivotal role provides structured sales administration, Salesforce support, data analysis, and reporting to Sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage and update Salesforce (CRM) and associated Sales order processing tools with sales contracts
- →Provide forms for sales, stand upsells, promo opportunities, catalogue, and contract creation
- →Raise awareness on platform issues and communicate with stakeholders
- →Support product setup for events, sponsorship, digital, and print
- →Assist with administrative activities for forecasting and strategy meetings
- →Liaise with Internal Teams such as Customer Service, Shared Services, and Event Operations
- →Process Agent, Pavilion, and Marketing Solutions contracts
Requirements
- ✓Knowledge and understanding of Sales tools, particularly Salesforce
- ✓Experience with Sales Pipelines management
