About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven social media expert to lead the social media strategy for our events in Portfolio 1, such as LEAP and Black Hat MEA. This role involves building awareness of Saudi events on an international stage while driving engagement and community growth.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and deliver targeted social media strategies for integrated social campaigns, ensuring alignment with international and local marketing objectives.
- βBuild and manage social media calendars, tailoring content strategies for each platform (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Snapchat, TikTok, and YouTube).
- βDevelop and execute platform-specific plans for visitor campaigns, optimizing conversions and engagement.
- βCreate impactful, audience-focused, and insight-driven content, demonstrating excellence in copywriting and proofreading.
- βProvide engaging text, image, and video content for social media accounts, ensuring all posts maintain the brand voice and resonate with the target audience.
- βFoster a sense of community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and queries in a timely manner, and ensuring members feel valued.
- βEmploy a metrics-driven approach to assess the performance of social media campaigns, focusing on meaningful KPIs such as reach, shares, private message interactions, and follower growth.
- βWork closely with internal departments, freelancers, and creative agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.
- βConduct market research to understand customer behavior, competitor strategies, and emerging trends.
