About the Role
Omdia is seeking an experienced UX Designer to join their Product and Platform team in Penang. This role is critical in shaping user-centered digital experiences that align with business goals and technical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and refine user experiences by leading the execution of end-to-end user journeys, creating intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- →Conduct user research such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs and behavior.
- →Translate complex problems and user needs into simple, effective solutions.
- →Establish measurement and experimentation: set UX metrics, run A/B tests, validate engagement and conversion improvements.
- →Partner closely with Product Managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of user experience principles into the product development lifecycle.
