We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager of Software Engineering with deep experience in software engineering and infrastructure leadership. Key Responsibilities
- →Lead and scale high-performing engineering teams in competitive, delivery-driven environments
- →Drive complex, multi-stream initiatives from strategy through execution with clear ownership and outcomes
- →Actively manage performance, expectations, and delivery standards across teams
- →Strengthen infrastructure scalability, reliability, performance, and cost efficiency
- →Lead step-wise modernisation of platform, UI, APIs, and developer experience
- →Establish strong delivery discipline, operational standards, and accountability
- →Embed enterprise-grade security, privacy-by-design, and DevSecOps practices
- →Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, including AI-assisted coding
