About the Role
The Product Manager at Inovalon is responsible for establishing deep product expertise and driving product development from concept to market launch. This role requires strong communication and influencing skills, with a focus on data-driven solutions in the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate business strategy into product strategy and vision
- →Own and drive product roadmap, defining and planning releases
- →Build product-level revenue and booking forecasts
- →Exhibit strong market knowledge to drive insights about regulations and competition
- →Lead product development, strategy, and design from concept to market launch
- →Develop new products and features through market research and product requirements
- →Facilitate regular meetings with cross-functional stakeholders
- →Determine product pricing using market research data
- →Engage continuously with customers to drive voice of customer into product offerings
- →Analyze data and translate it into actionable plans
- →Collaborate with Product Owner to manage roadmap and prioritize work
- →Communicate product strategy and performance to senior leadership
- →Maintain expert knowledge of Inovalon's products and services
- →Adhere to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 3-5 years of business and/or data analysis experience
- ✓Experience in driving product development, preferably in an Agile environment
- ✓Experience leading meetings and presenting to senior leadership
- ✓Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Ability to think strategically and define a vision
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Excellent interpersonal skills including listening and negotiation
- ✓Strong organization and time management skills
- ✓Strong work ethic and passion for product management
- ✓Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
