About the Role
We are looking for a Product Owner to join Inovalon, a healthcare technology company focused on data-driven solutions. This role requires establishing deep product expertise from both technical and market perspectives, collaborating with various teams, and driving product development through Agile processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Adopt and role model Agile behaviors while building an inclusive team culture
- →Drive strong collaboration across internal stakeholders including product, engineering, corporate development, and marketing
- →Engage with internal and external stakeholders to inform product and feature design
- →Develop detailed business requirements that meet the needs of stakeholders
- →Analyze current systems and define operational problems
- →Oversee the design, prioritization, and delivery of products through the software development lifecycle
- →Perform validation and testing of solutions
- →Analyze the impact of proposed solutions on connected processes and systems
- →Assist in the development of roadmaps and business strategy
- →Demonstrate knowledge of healthcare industry, product management, and software development
- →Display effective time management across complex projects
- →Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies and procedures
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3-5 years of experience with SAAS products in healthcare industry
- ✓Minimum 2 years of experience with EHR system integration
- ✓Prior experience with Payer-Provider Integration preferred
- ✓Deep technical proficiency in SMART on FHIR, OAuth 2.0, Epic APIs, HL7 FHIR
- ✓Expertise in clinical workflow and external application integration
- ✓Direct experience documenting requirements for RESTful APIs and webhooks
- ✓Agile/SCRUM experience and/or certification
- ✓Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- ✓High level of honesty, respect, dependability and flexibility
- ✓Experience in fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong business acumen
- ✓Comfortable gathering feedback from stakeholders
- ✓Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
