About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Inovalon, a healthcare technology company. This role focuses on driving the commercialization of AI across products within the business unit product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop business cases to justify investment required to build, partner or buy
- →Be the trusted thought leader for your product area, representing the voice of the market/customer
- →Build and maintain roadmap for products and work with cross-functional teams to deliver a unified product plan
- →Collaborate with go-to-market teams on strategy, positioning, and pricing
- →Develop, drive and coordinate complex product priorities in a fast-paced environment
- →Develop and implement a company-wide commercialization and launch plan
- →Translate product strategy into requirements and prototypes
- →Analyze and manage product metrics/KPIs that inform product success
- →Architect and manage strong delivery plans to provide clear updates to leadership
- →Stay updated on AI advancements and methodologies
- →Maintain compliance with Inovalon’s policies, procedures and mission statement
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of 8 years of Software Product Management experience managing platform or integration products
- ✓Minimum of 5 years of healthcare information technology experience with a focus on partner integration products
- ✓Minimum of 2-3 years of experience launching and managing AI capabilities
- ✓Experience with Pragmatic Marketing or Certified in Pragmatic Marketing
- ✓Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams from product concept to reference customers
- ✓Proven track record of creating and launching new products
- ✓Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Agile development methodologies
- ✓SaaS or cloud software experience
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
- ✓Self-motivated with strong organizational/prioritization skills
- ✓Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- ✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ✓BA/BS Degree
