About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our People & Culture Team at Insider One. This role focuses on executing recruitment strategies for the Development Team and coordinating the hiring process for all technical positions across five continents and 30+ regions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute recruitment strategy for the Insider One Development Team
- →Coordinate recruiting process for all technical positions while optimizing quality, time, and cost
- →Conduct telephone and job interviews while demonstrating company culture
- →Manage and support all steps of the recruitment process for candidates
- →Cooperate with management teams in developing talent and implementing HR practices
- →Create policies to support company business objectives
- →Participate in different projects related to various HR functions
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in related fields
- ✓2+ years of experience in recruitment (technical recruitment experience is a plus)
- ✓Strong recruitment passion and desire to pursue a successful career in this area
- ✓Confident, vibrant personality with a go-getter attitude
- ✓Ability to manage ambiguity while fostering professionalism and leadership
- ✓Excellent command of written and spoken English
- ✓Strong empathy and understanding skills
- ✓Strong written and oral communication skills including presentation abilities
- ✓Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast-paced environment
- ✓Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- ✓Proficiency with MS Office
