About the Role
We are looking for a Chief of Staff Growth to join Insify, a high-growth scale-up in AI-powered SME insurance. In this high-visibility role, you will report directly to the VP Growth and partner with cross-functional leaders to execute critical strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead high-impact, cross-team initiatives that directly affect revenue
- →Help standardize and execute the “Insify Launch Machine” for new markets
- →Partner with Product and Data to identify commercial opportunities and design tests
- →Analyze, design, and improve the operating system behind Growth
Requirements
- ✓Background in strategy, business operations, marketing, or a previous Chief of Staff role within a fast-growing startup/scale-up
- ✓Ability to transform ambitious ideas into clear, executable roadmaps
- ✓Highly proactive and organized with experience managing overlapping timelines
- ✓A "get it done" mentality with a willingness to do manual work to prove concepts
