About the Role
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to join Instacart, a company transforming the grocery industry through innovative delivery services. This role will focus on product enablement, customer voice amplification, and ensuring high-quality product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead change management by refining processes to keep customers, shoppers, and retailers informed and prepared for product changes
- →Analyze customer feedback and operational trends to generate insights that shape the product roadmap
- →Bridge gaps between Product, Operations, and other teams, advising on voice of customer and ensuring alignment
- →Drive product quality and operational excellence by developing feedback channels and operational playbooks
- →Build cross-functional partnerships and use data to back recommendations to leaders
Requirements
- ✓BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in operations strategy, product management, or finance
- ✓5+ years of experience leading and managing projects with various teams
- ✓Solid communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
- ✓Advanced data skills: 2+ years of SQL and querying, power user of Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Slides
- ✓Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams in dynamic environments
- ✓Highly motivated with proficiency in writing ChatGPT prompts and leveraging AI
