About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Program Manager to join Stripe's Delivery Center (SDC) team. This role will focus on scaling the SDC Operations Teams across Mexico and Bangalore, defining and improving operational workflows, and maintaining a best-in-class Operations program.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the growth of the SDC Operations Teams across Mexico and Bangalore with stakeholder management expertise
- →Developing and maintaining operational and multi-disciplined work flows
- →Engage with cross functional, global teams on structuring work and building out transition plans
- →Manage highly complex program transfers, collaborating with multiple teams and experts across Stripe businesses
- →Partner with stakeholders to build a global program, including training, policy and governance, and SLA tracking
- →Build strategic scaling plans to address site-level support needs
- →Partner with Operations Managers and Cross functional teams to scope and execute process improvement initiatives
- →Create and implement metrics to understand business health and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements
- ✓Over 7 years of experience in consulting or similar roles within high-growth tech companies in the payments or fintech industry
- ✓Strong background in process and project management, including conducting workshops and implementing technical controls
- ✓Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- ✓Comfortable navigating high-ambiguity situations and executing complex projects
- ✓Proven track record of cross-team collaboration and building relationships with external partners
- ✓Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple verticals and stakeholders across different time zones
- ✓Strong stakeholder engagement abilities, capable of high-level planning and maintaining ongoing communication
- ✓Experience in developing intake processes for new projects, collaborating on headcount and basic budget planning
- ✓Experience with SQL or a willingness to learn
