About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own lifecycle experiences across Instacart, helping new and existing customers discover more value on our marketplace and deepen their relationship with Instacart over time.
Key Responsibilities
- →Use data to uncover lifecycle opportunities and identify compelling experiences for users
- →Envision and ship lifecycle experiences across channels, working with marketing, design, and engineering
- →Run high-velocity experimentation across the lifecycle
- →Own lifecycle strategy, metrics, and impact, setting clear goals and defining success metrics
- →Champion high-quality, user-centric experiences, ensuring messages are clear and actions are simple
- →Thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, adapting to new information and iterating based on feedback
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing products with a focus on growth, lifecycle, or engagement
- ✓Demonstrated ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for a complex product area
- ✓Strong project and portfolio management skills, including running many high-velocity experiments
- ✓Excellent analytical and communication skills
- ✓Demonstrated leadership and ownership
- ✓Ability to inspect and refine consumer experiences using strong product and UX intuition
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
