About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join Instructure's Parchment team. This role focuses on creating and managing new sales pipeline, closing sales, and driving client adoption of Parchment products in higher education institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Schedule and deliver five new meetings per week
- →Build $25,000-$40,000 in new sales opportunities weekly
- →Manage a $600,000-$800,000 annual sales quota
- →Maintain accurate sales opportunities in Salesforce
- →Travel 40% within assigned territory
- →Develop and implement quarterly territory plans
- →Execute prospecting methodology
- →Manage enterprise solution sales with 6-12 month cycles
- →Continuously learn about new products and sales techniques
- →Provide regular pipeline and forecast reporting
- →Attend sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
- →Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations
- →Conduct contract negotiations
- →Upsell additional products/services to existing clients
Requirements

- ✓Familiarity with Sandler Sales Methodology or SPICED skills a plus
