About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Channel Account Manager (CAM) to join our team in South Korea. This role focuses on driving new business growth through Channel Partners and ensuring partner success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage strategic business plans with Channel Partners to drive growth in the South Korean region
- →Proactively discover, qualify, and manage the sales pipeline with Partners
- →Participate in joint sales calls and assist in closing opportunities
- →Increase Partner capability by enabling them to broaden their product expertise
- →Coordinate Partner access to essential internal resources
- →Coordinate local Partner involvement in marketing events and training initiatives
- →Recruit new partners to ensure white space coverage
- →Support the creation of sales-related collateral for Channel Partners
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 5+ years of successful experience working with Channel Partners
- ✓Demonstrated success and experience within Software as a Service (SaaS) companies
- ✓Fluency in both English and Korean is mandatory
- ✓Ability to travel regularly across the region
- ✓Self-motivated, competitive, and driven by a desire to exceed sales targets
- ✓Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands effectively
- ✓Proven ability to engage and work effectively with cross-functional teams
