About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to work with Business/Government clients, supporting those who have implemented the Instructure Learning Platform. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer experiences and helping clients achieve their goals with the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the Instructure customer experience for all customers within your territory
- →Work collaboratively with Sales and Renewals to increase market share and identify new business opportunities
- →Act as liaison between customers and Instructure
- →Understand customer vision and goals with the Instructure Learning Platform
- →Share customer insights and challenges with Product and Strategy teams
- →Accountable for Customer Satisfaction and working with Sales and Renewals to achieve growth targets
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or 4+ years of Account Management experience
- ✓Strong understanding of Customer Success in the SaaS industry
- ✓Strong organizational skills with demonstrated follow-up and follow-through
- ✓Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Capacity to set correct expectations and manage issues to completion
- ✓Ability to multitask and prioritize in a changing environment
- ✓Strong team mentality and customer-facing background within the software industry
- ✓Demonstrated problem-solving ability
- ✓Higher education industry experience preferred
- ✓Ability to work North American hours
