About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Instructure’s collaborative design team. This role involves defining and shaping the experience of products across the company’s portfolio, focusing on creating purposeful, usable, and accessible designs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design workflows for educators, students, and teaching support personnel
- →Partner with product managers and developers to solve complex problems
- →Advocate for accessibility (A11y) best practices
- →Lead research activities with customers and users
- →Measure product success after release
- →Build prototypes for user testing
- →Use and contribute to a design system for consistent interactions
- →Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience designing for large-scale digital products
- ✓Portfolio showcasing strong visual and UX design work
- ✓Strong problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with Design Systems
- ✓Knowledge of accessibility compliance
- ✓Strong communication and storytelling skills
- ✓Attention to detail and systematic thinking
- ✓Experience with mobile-first and responsive web design
- ✓Prototyping experience, including AI tools
