About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Customer Success Manager to support complex and high-impact K–12 customers, primarily statewide consortiums and critical strategic accounts. This role requires a seasoned relationship builder with expertise in developing executive-level partnerships and aligning customer goals with our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- →Cultivate consultative relationships with key partners across statewide and high-value customers
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer goals and tell a compelling story of value realization
- →Lead adoption strategies across products and services to drive sustained usage
- →Facilitate collaboration with Renewals and Sales partners to develop retention and expansion strategies
- →Act as the voice of the customer across internal teams
- →Collaborate with senior leadership to define the Strategic CSM role
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years in customer success, strategic account management, or client-facing roles
- ✓2+ years managing complex, strategic partnerships with customers spending over $1 million annually
- ✓Demonstrated expertise in customer success strategies and industry best practices
- ✓Exceptional communication and leadership presence
- ✓Strong analytical and storytelling skills
- ✓Proficient in CRM tools, customer success platforms, and reporting tools
