Transform data into actionable insights, supporting agile and continuous decision-making in credit and collection processes.

→Perform exploratory, diagnostic, and explanatory analyses on credit and collection data
→Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making
→Support the definition, monitoring, and interpretation of business KPIs and metrics
→Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and ad hoc analyses for different audiences
→Investigate variations, deviations, and trends (e.g., delinquency, policy performance, collection efficiency)
→Partner with business areas to formulate the right questions and structure analytical hypotheses
→Work with Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and needs for analytical layer evolution
→Communicate results clearly, structured, and impact-oriented

✓Completed degree in related fields
✓Proactivity, critical thinking, and ability to communicate technical results clearly to different audience levels
✓Experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent role
✓Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis
✓Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or similar)
✓Ability to structure end-to-end analyses: question → data → insight → recommendation
✓Strong foundation in descriptive statistics and data interpretation
✓Experience working with business metrics
